Deposits & Cancellations

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Cancellations/no-shows forfeit this deposit, which is non-transferable to future dates.

Ready Upon Arrival

Please be ready for service at the scheduled arrival time. Delays exceeding 15 minutes will incur a late fee or cancellation.
